You, the client, agree to PocArt's  https://pocart.uk/pocart  by accepting our terms and conditions, by agreeing to all of the terms and conditions herewith:  

PocArt: https://pocart.uk/pocart commission for sourcing original artwork and original limited edition prints is 12% which may vary with the assistance of an Art Adviser for higher value artworks (which will be discussed with the client before sourcing and purchasing the artwork)    

No commission is taken on artworks purchased via our CAPUG platform: https://capug.com/capug   

Shipping and framing service is an add-on service: costs apply, which will be determined upon purchase of artwork(s) 

The client agrees that if PocArt:  https://pocart.uk/pocart pays a deposit on an artwork they are duty bound to pay the deposit, remaining balance and commission fees of 12% or otherwise discussed, on the same day of purchase

   
If you, the client, decide not to acquire the artwork after the deposit has been paid you, the client, must pay PocArt any deposits paid immediately after you, the client decide to change your decision at this late stage. This must be settled within 48 hours of the deposit being paid: if not PocArt   https://pocart.uk/pocart has an obligatory right to issue a court summons to you, the client for the refund, which may incur further legal costs

If PocArt  https://pocart.uk/pocart  is bidding on behalf of you, the client, via an auction or gallery you, the client, must advise us (PocArt) on your limit/ budget for the said artwork before proceedings begin  

PocArt  https://pocart.uk/pocart does not offer a refund service but PocArt can offer the service to resell the artwork for you, the client  

All artwork being shipped by PocArt https://pocart.uk/pocart will be appropriately insured by us (PocArt) any settlement of goods, namely artwork(s) damaged goods can only be reimbursed in funds once the carrier has informed us that the damage has happened in transit and that the carrier agrees to pay the costs set out by the insurers agreement    

PocArt terms and conditions are subject to change which will be updated on our platform PocArt  https://pocart.uk/pocart  which is for you, the client to accept and agree to any changes when applicable
